Jeff was awesome. Straightforward and kind the whole time. Worked with me over the phone to agree on a deal on a Ford Escape plug-in hybrid, and then helped my mom finalize the purchase and learn about the car when she picked it up. She said it was a very pleasant, no hassle experience. Would look to Jeff & team next time we need a car.

I would highly recommend Jeff Benson for your used car needs! He was very knowledgeable about his vehicles, just vehicles in general, takes good care of them, cleans them up nicely and an all around honest salesman. I told him my needs and he worked with me to get me into an older vehicle that still feels pretty new. He allowed me to drive it to my mechanic, Wayne Auto, who are also fabulous and trustworthy. He was just down the street though so I would guess it doesn't mean he'll let you drive it far. He made my buying a used vehicle stress free compared to the other dealers I dealt with. 5 star treatment!!!!!Pamela Hester

This used car dealership staff is second to none! I am delighted with the purchase of my dream vehicle! Jeff accepted a small deposit to hold the vehicle while I worked on securing financing for the SUV. Jeff Benson will go as far as removing the stickers (like monthly car wash labels, handicap tags, etc.)from the windshield of your old vehicle and applying them to your new vehicle. They are thoughtful, helpful, professional, and truly care about each customer who stops by their facility whether you purchase a vehicle or not! Thank you Jeff Benson Car Company!!!

I bought a used Chevy hhr at this family owned car lot. I live an hour away and they did not disappoint, they were honest and very willing to work with me and the car drives great. Would definitely recommend buying a car here. They are honest and very professional

I had the honor of meeting Jeff as well as his Dad! both were so kind, transparent and profession. I instantly felt very comfortable doing business with them. We purchased a commercial vehicle that had a few issues and both gentlemen were open, honest and provided reliable and accurate information (I verified with my own mechanic). The price was more than fair and the experience left a smile on my face. I had a question about the plate registration so I called Jeff and he was just as personable as the first day we met - he was so helpful!! If my grandmother needed a vehicle - I would happily refer her to Jeff!

I recently conducted business with Jeff. I saw a Subaru Forrester that I was interested in. Enjoyed the car, but told Jeff we were leaving on a vacation and would have to wait till we got back. Jeff said he would hold it for me with a $500 deposit (which was TOTALLY refundable). He did not have to do that. During that vacation he received 3 offers on the car but he honored our agreement .He also made a very fair offer on my trade-in. Would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to contact Jeff and his associate Robin. Very honest and friendly.

Honest with quality cars

I was looking for a used car for my daughter who was going off to college this fall. Jeff and his son had a nice selection of cars to choose from but none quite met my needs. Jeff knew what I was looking for and searched for the perfect car for my daughter and found it. Many dealers would have lost interest in helping me after my initial visit when I didn’t make a purchase but they were more interested in helping me than the actual sale.

In our world today it’s hard to find people with integrity and high moral character. I found this with Jeff Benson Car Company and will never go anywhere else when I need my next used car.
